The basket was very easy to install. I do wish there was a way to make it so it doesn't shift back and forth as much. I might have to improvise something. Pooh bear loved it. First time for her on a bike and she did great. I think she was a little nervous, but she trusts me and did great. Didn't even once try to jump out. We did receive the doggie carrier. It was a birthday present for my daughter and she and her Maltese, Angel, both love it! They have enjoyed using it several times already. We will recommend it to any of our friends with small dogs.
