SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICIES
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $50.00. To qualify, your order must ship to an address in the contiguous 48 United States and be over $50.00. No other shipping options or destinations qualify for free shipping.
Residents of Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for shipping rates.
Doggiecarriers.com charges 7.25% sales tax for items shipped to California.
In order to offer a wide selection of merchandise, many of our items are shipped from a number of different sources and items are often shipped in separate packages via Federal Express, UPS, DHL or the US Postal Service. Some of our items are custom made at the time of the order and may take 3-4 weeks for delivery. Orders are normally shipped within 5 to 7 days, unless otherwise noted. When your order is ready to ship, delivery time is normally 7 to 14 days. If you need your item in a hurry, please contact us before ordering for expedited shipping charges.
Custom / Special Orders: Special and/or custom orders cannot be returned, so please choose the size and fabric carefully.
Back Orders / Out of Stock: We will contact you immediately if an item you order is back ordered or out of stock. You can decide if you want to order a different item or cancel. If not, the product will be shipped to you as soon as it arrives in the warehouse at no additional cost to you!
Returns are allowed up to 7 days from date of receipt. Contact us and let us know the reason for the return and we will tell you how to proceed. The item must be received unused and in its original condition. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Any free shipping received will be deducted from your refund. Please note that delivery and shipping charges on returns will be the responsibility of the buyer. Certain items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All Sale Items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.
Returns are not accepted for damaged/used items, unless damaged at time of receipt, or on any sale priced merchandise. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
